(Also available is the Disney Land version of the ride)\n\nThe Haunted Mansion is an opening day attraction of Disney's Magic Kingdom on October 1st 1971.  The attraction is a slow moving tour of a New England style Manor, which is home to 999 various ghosts\/haunts\/spirits\/paranormal entities.   Despite its darker tones and macabre aesthetic, the tour is rather light hearted.  After-all, the ghostly residents are only there to give you a small scare, not terrify or traumatize you.  This balance of dark and light subject tones has the attraction regarded as one of the most popular rides at the Magic Kingdom by many fans of the park.\n\nThe ride lasts around 10 min, along its 960ft long track.  This map displays the full track layout, throughout all of the ride's show scenes.  Etches of the various characters have been added to each scene, in the same place as their real world counterparts in the attraction.  Some of the characters displayed in this art piece are from the opening day version of this ride.  For example, the large spider webs are featured on the stairs past the music room and before the endless hall.  In fact, the original skeleton entangled in the spider webs is featured as well.  Small representations of the ride vehicles are also included along the ride track.  There is a key on the map which will give the names of the corresponding show rooms across the schematic.\n\nThe map is 14in tall and 17in wide.
