If something isn’t quite right, I’m happy to help! Please contact me within 3 days of delivery, and ship the item back within 7 days of delivery so we can take care of an exchange for you.

At this time, I’m unable to accept returns or cancellations. However, your happiness truly matters to me — if you have any issues with your order, please reach out so we can work together on a solution.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because of the handmade and personal nature of many of my items, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads

• Perishable items

• Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

• Sale items

Return Shipping Conditions

If an exchange is approved, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition; if not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
