This is an etched and laser cut tiki art pieces of Count Dracula, based on the literary work 'Dracula', by Bram Stoker, and the classic horror movie adaptation by Universal Studios.
The monster serves as the main antagonist throughout the story of Dracula. An ancient evil, brought from the old worlds of eastern Europe's Transylvania, to the 19th century setting of England. Dracula is an undead creature, who stalks by night to suck the blood of the living. A vampire, cursed to plague humanities existence for eternity.
This horror movie legend has been carved into his own Polynesian style Tiki. It is done in an over-pronounced caricature of the famous creature.
The art piece is 17.75" tall, and 10.25" at its widest point (his cape's collar). It is a little over .75" thick, and is made of 4 layers of etched and carved sandalwood.
I designed this tiki myself, and stained it by hand. It comes with a picture hanging hook attached to its back, so it is ready to hang on your wall as soon as it arrives.
It is a great collectible for all fans of the classic horror movies from Universal Studios, and makes a wonderful Halloween-esq accent to any room.
