"Hadley’s Hope" Colony Placard

This is an etched and laser cut sign. It is designed to be representative of the fictional colony of Handley’s Hope thematic location for the film Aliens. The colony was founded on the planet Acheron, survey #LV-426 by the Weyland Yutani corportation.

Ripley and a squard of Colonial Space Marines arrive to find the colony has been wiped out by a lethal species of aliens referred to as the Xenomorphs. Ripley and a handful of survivors narrowly escape from a nuclear explosion from a nearby fusion reactor. Hopefully the Alien menace was wiped out in the blast, hopefully…

This welcome sign is a faux representation of something one might see while entering the colony barrier of Hadley’s Hope. It comes with several different variations; clean, acid splashed, blood splattered, or Predator blood splattered. (Yes, we know that the Predators were never on LV-426, but we thought it would be cool to include them anyway).

This sign is made from 4 layers of 3mm birch project plywood. The whole piece is designed, cut, assembled, and hand stained by us.

It is a great collectible for all fans of Aliens, Predators, and Sci-Fi movies in general. It is a great nostalgic conversation starter with any company one might have in their home.
